We are happy to refund or exchange your item if you are not happy or your item is damaged/faulty.

Faulty/Damaged items

If you have received your item and it is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item for you. If that is not a suitable outcome, we will refund you the price you paid for the item. Upon refund or replacement we will request that you send the original item back to us. We must have the original item returned to us in order to issue a refund. 

Exchange or refund for change of mind

If you receive your item and it is not what you thought it would be, we will provide an exchange or refund, provided: 

  • The item is returned in excellent, sellable condition

  • It is not more than 60 days since you purchased the item

  • The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility

The item does not need to be in its originally packaging, but it must be packaged properly to avoid damage. 

The item must have been purchased from The Wooden Toy Co directly and not any of The Wooden Toy Co stockists or distributers. 

If you item arrives damaged, then our damaged item policy will take effect.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen return deliveries. To avoid this, please ensure items that you are returning have been packaged securely and have a tracking number available.


The Wooden Toy Co, at their discretion have the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period or items which are returned that have been used and not in their original condition (including all original product packaging). Reasonable care of returning goods must be taken; failure to do so may result in refusal of return for refund or we may deduct up to 50% of the cost based on the condition of the goods.
