Great quality and value for money. I had some questions/concerns and the repsonse times have been fantastic and all questions answered and concerns alleviated - unlike some others on the market, this equipment meets all of the safety standards and regulations.
The turn around time was quick and made it just in time for Christmas.
My lil one loves it.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because we have a rung that came splintered, but a replacement is coming.
A huge shout out to Chloe who had been really helpful this whole entire time from pre-purchase to afterwards when requesting a replacement rung.
